Terms and Conditions: NO WORK WILL BEGIN WITHOUT A DEPOSIT. A minimum deposit of 50% is required at the time the contract is signed. Deposits are non-refundable. Any fish left in our possession after 1 year becomes the property of Dead Fish Taxidermy and may be sold, mounted or disposed of without notification or compensation to the customer. All fish must be legally taken. We are not responsible for loss or damage during transit. We are not responsible for losses due to fire, theft, vandalism, natural disasters or mechanical failures. We reserve the right to make reasonable changes and substitutions in order to complete your mount. If this results in additional charges, we will attempt to notify you prior to making any changes. Upon completion - the full balance is due upon delivery. No mount leaves the possession of Dead Fish Taxidermy until all charges are paid in full. Please note that you have not been promised a completion date. Any completion date you may have been given is approximate.
