La Comunidad Postpartum Care Application

Thank you for your interest in the Soulfulness Breath La Comunidad Postpartum Care offering. This program provides 10 hours of in-home daytime postpartum doula support each quarter free of charge for a family who may not otherwise have access to this type of care.

This short application helps me learn a little about your family and how this support could benefit you during the postpartum period.

  • Applications received after the deadline will be considered for future quarters
  • Selected family notified within the first 5 days of the month prior
  • Please schedule your discovery call within 10 days of being notified to secure your La Cumunidad Postpartum Care package
