2025/26 MHMS PTO Membership Registration

Please fill out this form in order to become a member of the MHMS PTO for the 2025-26 school year. Membership is for a one year basis and you must rejoin each year that you wish to be a member. There are two steps to becoming a member: 1) fill out this Google Form, and 2) pay your membership fee via paypal, check, card, or cash. Both steps must be completed for your child's homeroom to recieve credit and for you to receive any additional membership incentives.

Please use this link to find the MHMS PTO Membership Options. Memberships are individual, not family so only one of each incentive is provided per membership, with the exeption of the homeroom competition. More than one family member can join if you so desire. We also welcome business partnerships as well.
