Pre-Proposal Initial Study Abroad Planning for Interim 2021
If you are planning to develop a new study abroad course for Interim 2021, you must let the Office of Off-Campus Program and the Academic Affairs Office know about the course, its possible location(s), and instructor(s) by JUNE 1, 2019. This will help these two offices in their own planning and enable us to better assist you with the development of the course. The complete proposal is DUE ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2019.

All courses abroad must have two individuals going with the group (e.g. additional instructor, program assistant, etc.). Who will be the second person with responsibility for the trip and what will his/her role be? If this is a faculty member, include his/her department.
