October 19th Vendor Application 

October Market Application

Date:  October 19, 2024 Saturday

Time: 11am-3pm 

We will start setting up at 8am.  Please be set up by 11am on Saturday.  Space is limited for vehicles.  There will be scheduled times to unload.  You must adhere to the schedule.  Unload your vehicle and then pull around so others can unload.  You will be required to stay for the entire time the market is open.

Please make sure you are available for this date before applying. This is a Rain or Shine event. There will be no refunds. 

This is an application only.  You will be notified if we have room for you as soon as possible.

When you have been accepted to the Market you will receive an email with instructions to make payment.  Payment is due within 24 hrs. of acceptance or you will be moved to the back of the list.   If you decide not to participate please be courteous and let us know immediately.

All market vendors will be $30 per spot.   Only 5 spots w/electricity for an additional $10

At the bottom of the application you will mark the statement that you agree to the terms listed to complete the form:

· I understand that I am responsible for having a Texas State Sales tax number and will be responsible for tax on any items sold unless I am exempt under the State Comptroller's rules. Website to apply for a tax number https://security.app.cpa.state.tx.us/

· I understand I should have insurance to protect my inventory and property. Papa's Marketplace & Auction House is not responsible for theft, breakage or acts of God.

· I agree to leave no trash out

· I agree to remove all items at the end of the event (do not use the trash cans to throw away your items, they are for trash only)

· I agree to be responsible for my actions and anyone working with me

· I understand Papa’s Marketplace and Auction House LLC has the right to ask anyone to leave at anytime for inappropriate behavior or actions by themselves or anyone working with them with no refund

· I understand Papa’s Marketplace and Auction House LLC is not responsible for accidents or injuries

· I understand Papa’s Marketplace and Auction House LLC is not responsible for stolen, vandalization, water damage etc. to my property

Do you need 110v electricity?  There are only 5 spaces available and will be given on a 1st paid basis! *
Do you need to pull in to unload?  This will be scheduled on a rigid schedule due to space constraints.  All assigned times will need to be adhered to.  If you are late you will have to unload in the back and bring your merchandise around. *
If you are accepted to the Market, please try and give as much notice as possible if you need to pull out.  We understand emergencies arise. You can text me at 817-776-7166 to let me know. *
