The TrustCentric Organizational Trust Assessment© helps organizations understand the current level of trust among employees, teams, and leaders. The survey, which should take no more than 7 to 10 minutes to complete, does not collect any personal information and does not require you to use a login and password. The questions are derived from the National Survey on Brand and Trust, an empirical study completed by over 1800 participants from multiple industries and regions. The assessment defines the current trust reality so that organizations can strengthen the three critical building blocks of trust which are: Competency, Problem Solving, and Care for Others.
