The call for volunteers is now OPEN for URx Forward, May 6-7, 2021!

URx Forward is a live online event that brings together the community of passionate professionals focused on diversity recruiting & early career talent.. Our goal is to provide attendees with thought leadership, skill-building workshops, and opportunities to connect with the resources that will move their teams #URxForward!

We are looking for community members to lend their expertise in making URx Forward an amazing virtual conference experience! This is a great opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success of URx Forward and guarantee a fantastic experience for all attendees. Please submit your interest to volunteer by January 29th, 2021.

Volunteers will receive a 15% discount on registration and in addition, other attendees at your company will receive a 10% discount on registration costs.

Marketing - Are you a social media wiz or Linkedin power user? Help us evangelize all the awesome things we have in store for our conference attendees by driving digital engagement and marketing campaigns (time commitment ~ January - May )

Program Review - Set the tone for the conference on this crucial committee, you will have input into the content and theme of the conference sessions (time commitment ~ January - February )

Day Of - We will need session / panel moderators on the day of (time commitment ~ May )

Speakers - Coordination of speaker headshots & bios, presentation materials, communications (time commitment ~ February - May)

Attendees - Registration, communications and general Q&A (time commitment ~ January - May)
