The Brunch Bunch
The Brunch Bunch is a new program this summer that mixes a book talk with crafts, activities, and food! The program is designed for 'tweens ages 9-12, and will meet on Wednesday, July 26 from 11:00-11:45a.m. Our book for this meeting is THE WARDEN'S DAUGHTER by Jerry Spinelli, the story of Cammie O'Reilly, a young girl who must come to terms with her mother's death, while living within the walls of the prison where she lives with her warden father. Participants do not have to read the book before attending the program, but will have the opportunity to do so afterwards if they choose.
