Christchurch Symphony Orchestra's Chamber Music Weekend 2020
A weekend of small ensemble music learning and performing.

Ideally suited for people who have been playing their instrument for three or more years.

Come along to the CSO Chamber Music Weekend for two days of small ensemble music learning and performing. This is a great opportunity to enhance your own personal musical development with our CSO tutors in a friendly, supportive atmosphere. All orchestral instruments are welcome, and participants can register as a pre-formed group or as individuals. Groups are welcome to bring their own music, or we will provide you with music ahead of time.

N.B. There is optional social get together for drinks and nibbles on Saturday evening which is not included in this fee

Places are limited, so book early!

When: 22 – 24 May

Sessions:
22 May 7-9.30pm

23 May 9.30am-12.30pm; 1.30-4.30pm, 5pm drinks and nibbles (optional)

24 May 9.30pm-12.30pm, 1.30-2.30pm, 3pm Concert

Where: Friday and Saturday Performing Arts Building, Rangi Ruru Girls' School, 59 Hewitts Road
Sunday sessions at Rangi Ruru and CSO Centre (your group will be advised)
3pm Concert: CSO Centre, Christchurch Town Hall (entrance through Colombo Street dock)

Cost: $80 + extra for Saturday drinks and nibbles (optional)
