In recent years Nigeria has seen an explosion of e-Commerce ventures, seeking to take advantage of Africa’s largest population base and most productive economy. Ordering online – everything from fast food to groceries to plane tickets, mobile phones and a wide range of services – has become the norm for many Nigerians, especially in the country’s urban centers. However, customers are becoming more demanding in terms of delivery speed and service. Leveraging technology to optimize the connection of online retailers, potential customers, and a network of riders is essential to transforming the industry providing a win-win and satisfying experience for everyone in the chain. It’s with this in mind that we have designed the behavioral research questionnaire below for end-users of bike logistics services to enable us analyze and dissect the pain-points currently being experienced and design an intuitive platform that would address some of the identified challenges.
