SPWT Scavenger Hunt through April 9th
Scavenger Hunt: Exploring the https://www.southplainswoodturners.org/ web page.

To complete the scavenger hunt below, you will need to be curious and resourceful. You will not need to leave the club web page to complete these tasks. Everything you need is right here! Please read the directions for each task carefully.

Use our web page to find the answers. Return before April 9th at 5:00 pm. Use the link or Snail Mail to our PO Box. Here is the link: https://forms.gle/FDGvisKbEi6yE8Ku6

Planning on a drawing for a nice prize or dinner for 2 to the winner.

The central question is who uses the web page and how many resources do we want to use on it ( time & money). Your info is like an email in my email inbox. Thanks in advance for your help.

We also ask your input on some upcoming opportunities. Thanks in advance and have fun with this....

18 Should we have an entry in the July 4th parade in Lubbock? Its on a Saturday this year. The Promoter expects 60,000 to 80,000 people on Broadway. More info and a video at https://www.southplainswoodturners.org/july-4th-2020-parade.html The Entry Fee is $75 unitl April 15th then it goes up. First Prize is $500 plus lots of media coverage and a TV interview like the one above from YouTube. Checkboxes not Multiple Choice.
19 Other clubs use an online membership registration process. Major non-profits use online to increase donations. Should we look at away for members to renew without having to attend a meeting, get out a check book, fill out a paper/pencil form? Here is how one AAW club does their membership - https://www.ovwg.org/content.aspx?page_id=60&club_id=998512 Check as many as desired.
