Proposals will be accepted through August 31st. 

If presenting with one or more presenters, please have each submit this form. Be sure to complete "Co-Presenter(s)."

Once selected, speakers will pay the speaker rate for conference registration. 

The conference does not provide compensation for travel, lodging nor expenses.

Please prepare all materials for digital distribution. Please have materials ready a week before the conference so they can be properly posted.
