Guidance Appointment Request - Student Services
Unlike previous years, guidance will not be taking in-person, email or phone appointments until summer school changes and timetable conflicts are resolved. Guidance will reach out to all students/guardians by email, the week of August 25th, once the appointment booking form is available.
Timetable concerns will follow the priority listed below so please be patient:
- Missing prerequisite courses, or incomplete timetables
- Grade 12 students requiring courses for post-secondary plans
- Stream changes for Grades 10-12 (academic/applied or college/university)
- A completed summer school course is still in the schedule
- Students who received courses that were not requested
Guidance will not be meeting with students for elective course changes, unless it falls under one of the above categories.
