QUESTION FOR GIN AND SHERI:
Do you have an intermittent fasting question that we can answer for you? Do need some help fine-tuning, tweaking, or busting a plateau? Do you have another question related to health and wellness in general that you want Gin and Sheri to address on the show?  Now is your time to ask. 

Please be as detailed as possible. 

NOTE:  If you have questions about how you can tweak what you are doing, please be as detailed as possible, including all relevant information, such as but not limited to: how long you have been practicing IF,  your current protocol, your age, height, current weight, desired weight, any health issues you are navigating, etc. It's also helpful for us to know a bit about your weight loss history, especially over the past year or two.  Share as much as you are comfortable sharing. The more details you provide the more custom tailored advice we can give.
CELEBRATION AND SUCCESS STORIES:
 Do you have an IF celebration story to share? This could be a non-scale victory, a scale victory, or any other kind of win (mental, physical/health-related, or emotional) that you have experienced as a result of your IF lifestyle. The more information you provide, the more likely we can share your win!
WHAT'S YOUR WHY?

Most of us have weight loss in mind, so it’s fine for that to be part of your why. But there is so much more to what IF can do for us beyond weight loss.  In my new book, 28 Day Fast Start Day-By-Day, I ask readers to craft their “why” statement before beginning. When your “why” is deeper than weight loss alone, you’re more likely to find long term success and view IF as a lifestyle.

Please be as detailed as possible, write a couple of paragraphs, the more information, the better.
