As you may know, on August 23, 2017 Duke filed a motion to temporarily suspend the adjudicatory proceedings for their Central Corridor pipeline because of " potential concerns with engaging in construction activities in the vicinity of property on which environmental remediation has occurred ". We expect Duke to resume their application process once issues are resolved. Assuming there are no substantive changes to Duke's plans, please answer the following:
Which statement best describes your position on Duke's proposed Central Corridor Pipeline?
Local municipalities affected by Duke's pipeline have formed an inter jurisdictional coalition to legally intervene. (This intervention is being led by Cincinnati and Hamilton County.)
When the adjudicatory proceedings resume, assuming there are no substantive changes to Duke's plan, which statement describes your position about continued participation in the inter jurisdictional legal intervention of the pipeline?
