Each user is responsible for their content and must ensure that the materials they upload to the Videoo Platform do not infringe any third party copyright. If you are a copyright owner, an agent authorized to act on the owner’s behalf, or someone authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright and believe your copyright-protected work was posted on Videoo without authorization, you may submit a copyright infringement notification.
Upon proper notification that materials infringe a third party's copyright, Videoo will promptly remove those materials from the Videoo Platform in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") or take whatever action Videoo deems appropriate in its sole discretion. In addition, Videoo may, terminate the accounts of repeat copyright infringers in accordance with Videoo’s policies.
In addition, please make sure that all of the information you provide is accurate. UNDER SECTION 512(f) OF THE COPYRIGHT ACT, 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), ANY PERSON WHO KNOWINGLY MATERIALLY MISREPRESENTS THAT MATERIAL OR ACTIVITY IS INFRINGING OR WAS REMOVED OR DISABLED BY MISTAKE OR MISIDENTIFICATION MAY BE SUBJECT TO LIABILITY.
Videoo may disclose any communications concerning DMCA notices or other intellectual property complaints with third parties, including the users who have posted the allegedly infringing material.
