RM6141 - Language Services (Customer Feedback)
Crown Commercial Service (CCS) as the Authority intends to put in place a Pan Government Collaborative Agreement for the provision of Language Services to be utilised by Central Government Departments and all other UK Public Sector Bodies, including Local Authorities, Health, Police, Fire and Rescue, Education and Devolved Administrations.

As part of our tender activity CCS would like to engage with the market to help inform our approach. The framework will be available to all public sector organisations to provide services throughout the UK and abroad. It is anticipated that the new arrangement will deliver the following services:

Face to Face Interpretation
Translation
Transcription
Video and Telephone Interpretation
Quality Assurance

The framework will be available to public sector organisations to provide services throughout the UK and abroad.

Services will be available 365 days a year and 24 hours a day.
