**How It Works:**

1. You send in a request.
2. We’ll email you an invoice.
3. The invoice will include your pick-up date and time.
4. Use the PAY link in the invoice to pay online.
5. Once paid, your order is confirmed! (Unpaid orders won’t be made.)
6. For pick-ups, call us when you arrive and we’ll bring it to your car.
7. Shipped orders go out on Tuesdays (or Wednesdays if there’s a holiday).

Please allow 2 weeks for processing. Last minute orders with less than 2 weeks of time after order finalization will be charged a rush fee of $25 plus 25% of the total order.

We are at the mercy of the postal service. All shipped cookies are individually packaged and heat sealed to preserve freshness. Custom toppers and packaging are available.
