2024 4-H Summer Fun Registration
We are excited for your youth to join us for 2024 Summer Fun! In order to participate, the youth MUST be registered in 4-H Online and our office has received payment. Classes will be on a first come, first serve basis and there are 13 spots per camp.  Once payment is received , your child is registered.  

Bladen County Extension takes cash, check, or money order for payment.  Please make all checks and money orders out to Bladen County 4-H. You can drop off payment to 450 Smith Circle Drive or mail invoice and check to P.O Box 249, Elizabethtown, NC 28337.  You can sign up in-person at our office at 450 Smith Circle from 8:30 am - 5 pm Monday-Friday.

      Below are the workshops you can register for the 2024 4-H Summer Fun Program. Just click on the workshops you want below and ignore those that you are not interested in.                                                                                           
      We will fill our workshops based on the time stamps from this online registration.  Spots are limited (14 spots/camp).  We will send you an invoice via email to collect payment.  You will need to complete this form for each child you plan to register.  Once payment is received, your child is registered.
