This contract is valid for November 4th, The Olive Branch's Dia de los Muertos event. We typically do not overbook the same type of vendors. In some situations, we only book 1 type of that specific vendor. We want all vendors to have a great experience and to be successful at our events. With that being stated, we will give the vendor spot to the first applicant who fully completes their online application and pays their vendor fee.

The Olive Branch is happy to provide an amazing event for the city of Bloomington and our neighboring cities. Thank you so much for considering being a part of it. We are not only a non-profit, but also a resource center for our community. We truly value a respectful and polite character. We work hard to genuinely display both and ask that you too hold yourself accordingly during our event. If any vendor has an issue that you feel you cannot solve politely on your own, then we ask that you direct the situation to The Olive Branch board members.

The vendor fee for this event is $35 per parking spot. This fee covers 1 parking lot space. There will be no refunds once you submit your payment. However, if you need to cancel we will be happy to put your payment towards one of our future events. Please call or email if you need to cancel.

Vendors should arrive 90 minutes early. Arriving early gives the vendors enough time to set up. We will NOT provide tables, chairs, canopies, etc. Vendors will not have access to electricity, being that our event is located outdoors in a parking lot.

After paying and securing your spot as a vendor we will share that you will be joining us for this event on our social media.

Our doors have been open for eight years. We host dozens of events each year. It's very rare that we had to cancel a community event. However, at anytime we have the right to cancel this event if any natural disaster occurs. We have the right to cancel if someone gets hurt, if there’s a violent act, or for any other reason we deem serious enough to do so.

Vendor acknowledges and understands that The Olive Branch Development and Empowerment Services Inc, all it’s partners, affiliates, and sponsors shall be held harmless under all circumstances for any claims filed against such vendor. The Olive Branch Development and Empowerment Services Inc will have no responsibility for any injuries. The Olive Branch Development and Empowerment Services Inc will have no responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged products or personal belongings. The Olive Branch will have no responsibility for any purchases or transactions between a vendor and their customers. The vendor understands that this applies The Olive Branch's event on Nov. 4th: Dia de los Muertos.
