WFB Teacher & Support Staff of the Year Nomination Form
Dear Staff and Community,
It is time to select our teacher and support staff of the year for W.F. Burns Middle School. We want your input. In your own words, please describe who you feel should be the teacher and support staff of the year by addressing as many of the following areas as possible when completing this form.  

(NOTE: The Teacher And Support nominee MUST HAVE WORKED in Chambers County School District for one full year to be considered.)

We are seeking teachers who fit the below qualities:

We are seeking support employees who fit the below qualities:

(Secretary, bookkeeper, paraprofessionals, custodians, lunchroom staff)

  • helps others, is a team player,
  • has great attendance,
  • is punctual,
  • positive attitude,
  • takes pride in their work,
  • works to improve the school or district as a whole.
