This fee is for situations where we have to set up and take down equipment the same day.

*We cannot set up on concrete or pool decks with the style of tents we use.

Would you like to order tent sides? Sides are priced at $1.25 per foot in increments of 20 feet. Our sides are solid white panels. 20x20 tent (1 or 2 sides), 20x30 tent (1, 2 or 3 sides), 20x40 tent (up to 4 sides)

Special requests, mix of table cover colors, special setup, etc. Once again, we do not set up tents on concrete or on parking lots that are black top. We do set up on asphalt driveways at your residence, doing so may cause damage to your driveway. St. Croix Tents will not be held responsible for any damage done by tent stakes going into asphalt. A minimum of three business days is needed prior to installing a tent due to the requirement for utilities to be marked before a tent stake goes into the ground.
