Welcome to St. Croix Tents! 

We are now taking requests for tents, tables and chairs for our 2026 season which begins MAY 8th and concludes AUGUST 2nd.  

**Completing the request form DOES NOT BOOK ANY ITEMS. This is only a request for service. The items you are requesting may no longer be available during peak times.  It is never too early to book your tent!  Equipment is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

This fee is for situations where we have to set up and take down equipment the same day.
On what type of surface will your tent be located? *
* Pole tents, the style of tents we use, cannot be set up on or over concrete aprons, pool decks, or over driveways without penetrating the asphalt. This is because we need to stake the tent into the ground to secure it at multiple points between the corners.

Would you like to order tent sides? Sides are priced in increments of 20 feet. Our sides are solid white panels. 20x20 tent (1 or 2 sides), 20x30 tent (1, 2 or 3 sides), 20x40 tent (up to 4 sides)

Once again, we do not set up tents on concrete or on parking lots that are black top. We do set up on asphalt driveways at a residence, and doing so may cause damage to your driveway. St. Croix Tents will not be held responsible for any damage done by tent stakes going into asphalt.  

A minimum of three business days is needed prior to installing a tent due to the requirement for utilities to be marked before a tent stake goes into the ground.
