Embracing Adversity with SYFS
In honor of this year’s Mental Health Awareness Month, join Southborough Youth and Family Services Director, Sarah Cassell, LMHC, for Embracing Adversity, a workshop focused on building resilience and navigating life’s challenges. This session will explore how we respond to difficult experiences and offer practical strategies for adapting and shifting perspective, helping participants feel more prepared to support themselves and others.
This program is intended for adults (ages 18+). No prior experience or training is required. This is a discussion-based workshop focused on building resilience and navigating challenges. Participants will engage in reflection and learn practical strategies for adapting and shifting perspective. This program includes discussion of mental health and life challenges.
