General admission spots will be first-come-first-served; however, if I know you well enough to be sure you'll be well-behaved online, you're guaranteed a spot (within limits; I can only handle so much operational work and only have so much compute power on tap).

I will be accepting around 50-100 users to start off with, in addition to the aforementioned folks I know.
