Oktoberfest Vendor Application
This application will be reviewed by our Vendor Committee. You will be notified by August 15, 2019 at the latest of the status of your application. We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible. A $50 retainer is due at the time of application. This retainer will only be refunded if your application is denied. If your application is denied, your retainer will be refunded. If your application is approved, full payment is due September 1, 2019. No refunds will be made after September 1.

By submitting this application, you are confirming your understanding of the following items:
- All vehicles must be outside of festival grounds by 4PM on Friday, September 27 and may not reenter until 10:15PM on Saturday, September 28.
- All permits (as required) and insurance documents will be submitted promptly and no later than September 14.
- All food vendors must use recyclable or compostable materials (i.e. plates, silverware, napkins, cups, etc.)
