2026 NPhA Resolution and Bylaws Amendment Submission Form
Resolutions reflect the ASSOCIATION's stance and helps guide future actions of the ASSOCIATION. Please use this form to submit your proposed resolution. Please note that if you are submitting more than one resolution, you will have to complete the form for every individual resolution. Proposed resolutions should be in line with NPhA's mission and vision. Proposed resolutions can update an existing resolution, but should NOT duplicate or be similar to existing resolutions. ***All resolutions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026, 30 days prior to the convention.***
Please note: Amendments to the Bylaws can only be presented by the NPhA Board of Directors or the NPhA Bylaws and Resolution Committee; however, members can complete the Amendment section for consideration by the Committee.
Section 2 = Resolution submission
