At Prospect Dugout Drip 941 We currently offer teams and training for local players ages 9–13, with multiple tiers:

- AA teams focused on development and game IQ
- AAA/Majors teams built for elite competition and national-level events

In consideration of participation in the baseball event or tryouts hosted by Prospect Dugout ("the Organization"), I acknowledge and agree to the following:


1. Assumption of Risks: I understand that participation in baseball activities, including tryouts, inherently involves physical exertion and the risk of injury. These risks may include, but are not limited to, strains, sprains, fractures, concussions, and other injuries that may result from collisions with other participants, equipment, or playing surfaces. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in these tryouts with full knowledge and understanding of the inherent risks involved.


2. Waiver and Release: I hereby waive, release, and discharge Prospect Dugout, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims, including but not limited to, those arising out of or resulting from the participant's participation in the baseball tryouts, whether caused by the negligence of Prospect Dugout or otherwise.


3. Medical Treatment Authorization: In the event of an injury or medical emergency occurring during the tryouts, I authorize Prospect Dugout and its representatives to obtain medical treatment for the participant as deemed necessary, including but not limited to, first aid, emergency medical treatment, or transportation to a medical facility. I understand that Prospect Dugout will make reasonable efforts to contact me as soon as possible in the event of a medical emergency involving the participant.


4. Photo and Video Release: I hereby grant Prospect Dugout the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs and/or videos of the participant taken during the tryouts for promotional, advertising, or other purposes, including but not limited to, social media, websites, brochures, and other marketing materials, in any medium now known or hereafter developed, without compensation to me or the participant.


5. No Guarantee of Playing Time: Making a team does not guarantee playing time. Decisions regarding playing time and roster spots are at the sole discretion of the coaching staff.


6. Fee Disclosure: There is a fee to participate for any Prospect Dugout team. Tournament participation may be withheld until dues are current. Tryouts are free, but a registration fee may be required upon making the team. Fees vary by location and age group.


7. Compliance with Rules: I agree to abide by all rules and instructions provided by Prospect Dugout during the tryouts/event.
