Register - Care Listening Session in the Upper Peninsula
Are you a family caregiver, an older adult, person with a disability, or someone receiving long-term care, a direct care worker or personal care assistant, a home care provider or anyone directly impacted by an experience around long-term care in or around the upper peninsula?
If so, please join us for a 1:1 interview via Skype or over the telephone at some point over the next couple of months. It will be a space to share your personal stories that lift of the joys and challenges and barriers to giving or receiving long-term care and how care has impacted you and your family.
This listening session will be done in conjunction with the Michigan Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) Feasibility Study - a statewide study that began on October, 1st and is doing a rigorous needs assessment of long-term care and the care workforce and is running an actuarial analysis of potential financing solutions for long-term care in Michigan.
