2025 NCT CIC Complaint Form
Please complete this form if you are:  (i) submitting a complaint based on conduct at NCT that you believe constituted an egregious improper invention of fact; or (ii) responding to an allegation that you or your team violated the AMTA Rules regarding egregious improper invention of fact.  

Complaints must be filed by 4:00 p.m. Central time on April 7, 2025. In order for a complaint to be considered by the CIC, this form must be completed. If a complainant team completes this form and also submits a written complaint via email, the emailed written complaint is to be no longer than two pages, double spaced, 12 point font. 

Responses are due 48 hours after the Competition Integrity Committee notifies a respondent team of the complaint, which may be extended upon request for good cause. In order for a response to be considered by the CIC, this form must be completed. If a respondent team completes this form and also submits a written response via email, the emailed response is to be no longer than five pages, double spaced, 12 point font. The CIC may, in special circumstances, grant an extension of this page limit. 

Submissions beyond this Google Form, other than ballots and if it exists, video, are not necessary or required.

Please note that, should you wish to be eligible for certain forms of relief, including any remedy that would result in a change of points, ballots, or round outcome, you must submit a brief Notice of Complaint by 11:59 pm eastern time on Sunday, April 6, 2025, and also submit this complaint by its deadline.

If the CIC finds that any complaint does not include sufficient details to find that there was a possible violation of the AMTA Rules, the CIC may in its discretion decline to investigate further. Likewise, if completing this form in response to a complaint, please provide details to refute each  alleged violation.
