Beyond Aromatics 2025 will take place from October 23rd through the 25th in Tampa, Florida.

Tampa speakers will need to attend the event in person over October 22nd-25th, 2025.

Applications will close on July 31st, 2024.

Honoring our Aromatic Heritage: Ancient Wisdom Meets Contemporary Science

NAHA strives to provide up-to-date and cutting-edge education for our members and aromatherapy community. As a potential speaker, we love to see originality, creativity, and new, exciting topics that you have not presented before at other events. This could include (but not limited to) emerging health-related topics, new holistic methods and techniques, current research, and practical aromatherapy applications.

Note:

Speakers chosen by the NAHA Board of Directors will be reimbursed up to $1000 for travel expenses, will receive a complimentary conference/meal pass, and reimbursement for up to 3 nights hotel expenses (maximum $199/night). Receipts must be submitted to treasurer@naha.org. Reimbursements will be issued within 30 days of the end of conference.

Speaker applicant agrees, if chosen, that your presentation will be recorded and authorizes NAHA to use the recording of your presentation, derivative works of the recording, your likeness, and biographical information.

Speaker agrees to submit your PowerPoint and handout no later than April 1, 2025.
