LCA: 2020/2021 Return to School Decision & Virtual Learning Agreement/Consent
Livingston Classical Academy will be offering both in-seat and virtual options to our families for the 20/21 fall school year, due to COVID-19.

Please familiarize yourself with our Back to School Preparedness Plan on our website before you complete this agreement - https://livingstonclassicalacademy.org/covid-19-faqs/

In-Person Learning vs. Virtual Learning

In-Person Learning: Students will return to school for 5 days of face-to-face instruction with strict safety guidelines as stipulated by the Governor's Roadmap requirements. These include, but are not limited to, the following: facial coverings for all students grades 6-12 at all times in hallways, classrooms, and common areas, except when eating. Facial coverings for all students in grades K-5 in hallways and in classrooms except when students remain in the self-contained classroom. Facial coverings exceptions may be made for documented medical intolerance with a physician's note.

Virtual Learning: Students will return to school via a 100% virtual learning option (at home). Virtual learning will mirror in-Person instruction with both live and recorded lessons. Find more information about the virtual learning expectations and experience on our website - https://livingstonclassicalacademy.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/LCA-School-Virtual-Engagement-Experience-Guide_-Fall-2020.pdf

****IMPORTANT: Please complete this form for each individual child and know that this decision is final for the beginning of the school year. You will have the option to transfer from virtual distance learning to in-person learning upon administrative approval.
