Counseling Referral to the Gender Health Center
Thank you for your interest in receiving counseling at the Gender Health Center (GHC). 

We are currently accepting new community members for this program. Please complete this referral form if you are interested in receiving mental health services at GHC. You will be contacted on a first come first serve basis. If the spots become full the remainder of folks will be contacted when new slots open up.

Please visit the counseling page on GHC's website for more information about drop-in counseling services available.

We are currently providing mental health counseling in-person (at Gender Health Center) and remotely (via a Telehealth platform) to currently enrolled students of the Los Rios Community College District. 

** Please note: completing this form does NOT guarantee a spot on our counseling wait list. We will contact you to conduct a brief screening to determine if we are able to provide counseling services considering your needs, the scope, and our capacity. **

All counseling services for active students of Los Rios Community College District are provided by Niki Sanchez, Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW#129021). Niki is clinically supervised by Florence Soares-Dabalos (#LMFT40331).
