YWAM Converge is a network of full-time YWAM Staff and Associate Staff.
• Full-time staff are employees serving a minimum of 30-hours of YWAM ministry per week.
• Associate staff are YWAMers who are involved in another YWAM Ministry location or a former YWAMer for a period of at least six months.
Most of us are working remotely in a particular field, or at a university campus. We are on five continents, working with YWAM centers, churches, NGO's, technology companies, dance studios, businesses, schools, etc.
ABOUT THE COURSE
The online Converge Coordinators Course is required to join the Converge Coordinator Network. All certified Coordinators may opt to have YWAM Converge process ministry support donations.
When you complete all six (6) live online sessions and course assignments, you may begin to coordinate and/or participate as staff for one or more of the following Converge ministries:
1. WHO I AM Weekend Intensives,
2. Missional Table Discussion Groups,
3. DISCIPLE Course, and
4. Converge Fellowships (internships and/or outreaches).
CONVERGE APP
You will also be trained to use the Converge App, an online tool for coordinating groups to administer outreaches and courses.

COMPLETING THE FORM
If you do not finish the application at your first sitting, you may return to complete it at another time. You will be provided a link when you submit, which will allow you to return to edit or complete the application. Once we receive your Application, we will contact you regarding next steps.
