Inventory Check-Out Form
Neighborhood Councils and Community Assembly Committees have an inventory of items that can be checked out for use at Spokane neighborhood council and Community Assembly events and meetings.

In order to check out items, this form must be submitted a minimum of 72 business hours in advance of the event/meeting for which the items are needed. Confirmation of rental and related instructions will be emailed to the form submitter from ONS staff.

Include the pick-up date and event date (items can be picked up 24 hours in advance of event and must be returned within 36 hours of event ending). If an item is popular and there are many requests during the same timeline, items may need to be returned sooner.
