Reservations must be made two weeks in advance.
The cost of the field trip depends on what programs the students receive. The first program costs $5 per student. Each additional experience costs $3.50 per student. The average field trip consists of either a planetarium show or an educational film and a guided tour of the galleries. It costs $12 per student.
For every five students, one free teacher/chaperone is admitted free of charge. Additional chaperones cost $5 each.
Field trips can begin at either 9 am, 10 am, or 12 pm and last approximately two hours. If the group needs a space to eat a sack lunch, they must request it at the time of reservation.
The gift shop and concession stand are not available to students without chaperones. We ask that if your group wishes to take advantage of either area, you provide notice at the time of reservation.
