AFFI Members are entitled to:
a. P5, 000 discount per 9 sqm booth (3m x3m).
b. P 2, 000 discount per 6 sqm (2mx3m).
Rules for AFFI Members Special Rate:
1. Must be fully paid in the Annual Membership Fee not later than August 30, 2018.
2. Special Rate only applies to enrolled brand/s.

Early Bird Rates as indicated in the schedule of fees.

1. Early Bird is until October 15, 2018.
2. Applicable for Full Payment only until October 15, 2018.
3. EB Rate applies to both AFFI and Non AFFI Member.

Important Reminders:
a. For standard booking, 50% down payment upon reservation; balance not later than October 15, 2018.
b. Bookings of 2 booths shall be in vertical configuration.
c. Payment can be made via check on scheduled pick-up or bank deposit. Copy of deposit slip must be sent via fax (02) 501 5449 or email at info@affi.com.ph.

General Terms and Conditions
1. The Organizer reserves the right to transfer/assign areas when preferred location of the exhibitors is no longer available.
2. The Organizer has full authority over the exhibition halls and conduct of exhibition. It also has the final decision in cases of disputes in the event rules and regulations.
3. The Exhibitor shall secure needed permits and licenses at own expense.
4. The exhibitor will shoulder the corkage fees (if any) and electrical charges on consumption exceeding the allowed amperes.
5. The Exhibitor shall hold harmless the Organizer, his agent personnel or sub-contractors for any loss or damage resulting from any cause whatsoever which may occur within the exhibit premises.
6. No cancellation shall be allowed and no refund shall be given after October 15, 2018.
7. Booths with special décor and design should submit layout to the Organizer for approval not later than September 15, 2018 . Special design must conform to the maximum height requirement of 3.5 meters only.
8. Early Bird Rates: Only those who will pay in full shall be approved to get an early Bird Rate.
9. Early Bird Rate is until October 15, 2018.
