You will need these Ingredients (minimum)
4 litres of whole milk (3.25%)
One pound of fresh whole bean coffee
Follow the "Definition of Espresso" and dial in your coffee before the class starts. There is no time for this in the Advanced Latte Art class.
Before Class It is essential that you practise with your Camera-phone or have a friend use their camera to stream you. We need to be able to see you make espresso and texturize the milk. Please NOTE the video must show the inside of the cup and the inside of the milk pitcher. The placement of your camera will need to be at least shoulder height looking down on the machines and with good lighting to see the texture of milk before and during pouring.
