This order form is only for individual board orders. If you are interested in a grazing table, large corporate order or something other than an individual board, please fill out the inquiry forms on our website at wwww.boardsinabox.com Our availability for events is different than the calendars included in this order form.

If you are interested in ordering on a date that is not available on the calendar, there are some instances where special requests can be accommodated. Please email to hello@boardsinabox.com to inquire about your date to see if an order can be worked out.

If you are interested in a large order please email us as those orders are not impacted by the availability calendar embedded within this form.

Please allow at least 48 hours between your order placement and your requested delivery/pick up date.

Delivery Information:

    A $5.00 delivery fee will be added to:
      •All deliveries within 5 miles of Boards in a Box

    A $10.00 delivery fee will be added to:
      •All deliveries between 5-10 miles of Boards in a Box

    A $15.00 delivery fee will be added to:​
      •All deliveries between 10-15 miles of Boards in a Box

    A $20.00 delivery fee will be added to:​
      •All deliveries between 15-20 miles of Boards in a Box

Once you have placed your order, I will reach out to let you know your order has been received. I will do my best to confirm your order as soon as possible. Once I have confirmed your order, payment is due in full. I will send you my direct payment links. Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. Boards in a Box will accommodate dietary restrictions but we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen free environment.

All purchases are subject to 6% MD sales tax
Payment
Once you have placed your order, I will reach out to let you know your order has been received. I will do my best to confirm your order as soon as possible (usually within 48 hours). Once I have confirmed your order, payment is due in full. I will send you my direct payment links. I accept the following payment methods: Venmo, PayPal, Zelle and Apple Pay or most major credit cards are accepted.
Refund Policy
If you cancel your orders at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 24-72 hours of your scheduled delivery date, you will be issued a 50% refund. Any orders canceled within 24 hours of order delivery will not receive a refund for any amount.
