If you are interested in ordering on a date that is not available on the calendar, there are some instances where special requests can be accommodated. Please email to

If you are interested in a large order please email us as those orders are not impacted by the availability calendar embedded within this form.
Please allow at least 48 hours between your order placement and your requested delivery/pick up date.

A $5.00 delivery fee will be added to:

A $10.00 delivery fee will be added to:
•All deliveries between 5-10 miles of Boards in a Box
A $15.00 delivery fee will be added to:
•All deliveries between 10-15 miles of Boards in a Box
A $20.00 delivery fee will be added to:
•All deliveries between 15-20 miles of Boards in a Box
