Call for Partners - ECIC Year 3
Beginning this July, the Elm City Innovation Collaborative enters its third year funding and coordinating projects to improve New Haven's innovation community. With some capital projects completing in Year 2, we are looking for new partners to build programs that meet our strategic priorities. Year 3 projects can run or be installed from July 2019-June 2020 and will require a 1-to-1 cash match (either from your organization or from other stakeholders that believe in your idea).

Phase 1: Call for Partners - Complete the form below to indicate your interest in partnering with ECIC and share with us an outline of your plan. Your budget and financial match do not need to be finalized yet, but the scale of your idea will help ECIC tailor our RFP in Phase 2. The Call for Partners is focused on understanding the experience and programmatic roles of the various partners. Phase 1 is due by April 23rd.

*Next Steps* Phase 2: Request for Proposals - After potential partners are selected, ECIC will release a competitive RFP to those partners for specific proposals for the use of our grant awards. Written commitments from program partners and potential funders will be required at this stage.

Please complete this application by April 23rd. Few of the questions have been made mandatory to enable you to navigate and review the entire application - but please answer each question to have a compelling application. If you have any questions, feel free to email
