The STRONG program will focus on functional and resistance training and will culminate in the STRONG Panther Fitness Competition: a 6-station fitness challenge that will feature tire flips, farmer's carry, sled push, skid pull, and a 100yd dash with ladder drill.
A STRONG attitude!: It doesn't matter if you can't do a single push-up! What matters is bringing a gritty, Panther-like determination to get stronger. Pre-test/Post-test: we'll give you four simple tests to complete at the first and last training sessions to monitor your progress. Every participant must complete required paperwork:
