We offer 100% financing at a 3.75% interest rate. We offer 3, 5, 15, and 30 year repayment terms. We do not offer land. For 1-Single family house, a $5000 deposit is required to get started. These monies will go toward your blueprints and team consultation.

For Multiple units (more than 1-Single unit)/homes or commercial builds, a $10,000/unit deposit is required. These monies will go toward your blueprints and team consultation. Blueprints for multi-units have to be replicated no matter how many units there are in the project.

Note: These fees are non-refundale and go toward your project. If you retract your commitment, you will have lost your deposit money. Contracts for your project will be sent after the paid consultation. Please send proof of land ownership and income to info@shippingliving.com following your submission of this form. Not sending your documents will delay our response to your submission.

We will not conisder projects already completed in partial or full prior to your business relationship with us. Meaning, we will not finish projects already started, use containers previously brought, or partially build beyond others craftsmanship in any way.

Lastly, once your final consultation is complete you will receive your financing agreement and amortization schedule displaying your payments for your project for signature via Adobe Sign.
