Poster application - Transforming the Future
The WES Annual Conference will take place on Friday 15th March 2019 at the RAF Museum in London. The theme of the conference is Celebrating the Past, Transforming the Future. As part of the conference, the WES Young Members Board are organising a poster session with the theme of Transforming the Future.

Although we have not set an age limit or experience limit, we ask that presenters self define as Early Career, as we are keen to showcase the talents of our early career members. Please note, this poster session is open to all genders. Two WES Centenary Conference Poster Prizes will be awarded at the event, one decided by a panel of judges and the other for the audience favourite. Certificates of participation will be provided for all presenters.

Applications will close on 31/01/19, with presenters being notified by mid-February. If selected, presenters will be asked to bring a portrait A1 poster on the day of the conference, and send a PDF of their poster two weeks before the event, to allow the panel of judges to view the posters in advance. Your poster should be accessible to those from a broad range of engineering backgrounds. Presenters will need to register for the conference. More information about the conference can be found here: https://www.wes.org.uk/events/wes-annual-conference-2019-celebrating-past-shaping-our-future
