2019 Ohio Toy and Comic Show Vendor Application

1. All dealers are responsible for their own collection of state sales taxes. You may contact the Ohio Department of Revenue at https://www.tax.ohio.gov/Individual.aspx regarding the necessary requirements.
2. Dealer agrees to maintain setup until the end of the show at 5pm. (NO EARLY TEAR DOWN).
3. No space is guaranteed until payment is received in full. Checks returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $35.00 service fee.
4. No refunds will be given within thirty (30) days of the show (scheduled for 07/20/2019).
5. Vendors will be provided chairs, and two vendor badges for every table purchased.
6. Vendor is free to set up as they wish as long as they do not exceed the area allotted based on the number of spaces bought. AKA, don't encrouch your neighbor and don't be a jerk.
7. This is a family friendly event. No inappropriate behavior, language, or conduct will be tolerated. Additionally, “adult”materials, such as tobacco, Vapes, illegal drug paraphernalia, or pornographic materials are expressly forbidden on the show floor. Violators will be removed from the show with no refunds issued.
8. Vendor space is sold to the business listed on this application. “Subletting” vendor space is strictly prohibited. All parties will be removed from the show with no refunds issued.
9. Prints/artwork may only be sold if the original artist is accompanying the vendor.
10. Each business selling items is required to have its own application submitted and approved by the event organizers. just because you filled this Application out, DOES NOT guarantee you a spot at the 2019 Ohio Toy and Comic Show.
11. If your application is approved, dealer will submit a photo/logo and bio for to event organizers for promotional use.
12. The Ohio Toy and Comic Show will use these only for promotion use of the Event and the dealer’s appearance at the show.
13. The Ohio Toy and Comic Show and its employees and affiliates are NOT responsible for any injuries that may occur during the show.
14. All dealers are responsible for their own merchandise. If your product is broken or stolen during the show it is NOT our responsibility.
15. Any damage to the building or property not owned by the vendor or associates admitted using the vendor’s badge is the sole responsibility of the vendor.
16. Vendors release the show promoter from any and all liability resulting from the above.
17. Vendors are responsible for unloading and loading of all their equipment and supplies. The Ohio Toy and Comic Show will have staff on hand to help direct flow and streamline the set up and tear down process, but they are not there to help carry your product. Vendors should plan to supply their own labor for set up and tear down.
18. Free Wi-Fi will be available.
19. Overnight security will be provided by the venue.
20. Dealers are not permitted to play music during the show, or have animals in the building at any time.

Show Date: Saturday July 20th, 2019
Show Time: 9:00am – 5:00pm VIPs enter at 9am. General admission enters at 10am.
Set-Up: Friday July 19th from 5pm-10pm (Pizza and soda will be provided for vendors)
Saturday July 20th from 7am-10am

Once completed application is received, and if you are approved, an invoice will be sent to the email address on the application. Payment terms will be listed on the invoice. Failure to meet those terms will result in the loss of reservation and the space being released to the next person on the wait list.

This App will be live starting March1st, and run until march 31st. After the 31st, no more applications will be accepted.
