Please use this form to report complaints on the services provided by IAT Support Services (Facilities, Finance, Human Resources, and Procurement). Complaints provided through this form will be logged by IAT Institutional Effectiveness and forwarded to the appropriate department for action and resolution. Please provide specific information as to the nature of your complaint and the recommended action. Complaints recorded through this form are taken as cases not satisfactorily handled after contacting the department concerned which should be the first course of action prior to raising a complaint.
