GENERAL RELEASE AND WAIVER

For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which I hereby acknowledge, I personally and on behalf of and as the parent and legal guardian of the registered participants, and our successors and assigns, agree to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless: Jr SeaWolves, Inc, Erie Sports Center, At Bat Group, LLC dba the Erie SeaWolves, Success Through Sports, Detroit Tigers, Inc., UPMC, the Erie County Convention Center Authority, and all of their respective directors, officers, members, shareholders, subsidiaries, partners, agents, employees, successors, parents, beneficiaries, heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, visiting teams, coaches and affiliates thereof (collectively, "Releases"), from and against any and all claims, suits, losses, damages, expenses, costs, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses) which hereinafter may accrue or arise against the Releases and which in any way arise out of or are in anyway related to participation in skills clinics, athletic activities, or events (collectively, “Events”) hosted by Erie Sports Center.

I, PERSONALLY AND ON BEHALF OF MY CHILD, (A) UNDERSTAND THE DANGER OF PERSONAL INJURY THAT MAY RESULT IN PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT; (B) ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISK THAT IS IN ANY WAY ASSOCIATED WITH, RELATED TO OR OCCURS AS A RESULT OF MY CHILD'S PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT; INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THOSE THAT RELATE TO THE EVENT AND AGREE THAT NEITHER I NOR MY CHILD SHALL BE ENTITLED TO ANY COMPENSATION FOR SUCH RESPONSIBILITY. (C) ALLOW PHOTOS TO BE SHARED BY THE ERIE SPORTS CENTER.
