There are a number of ways to get involved and "work" in a leadership capacity within the SHAPE PA organization including....
   -Volunteer opportunities from planning/helping at events, presenting at professional developments and collaborating with colleagues from around the state.
   -Working on a committee that has a focus area on items such as completing tasks, creating content, evaluating award applicants, and advocating at the state level.
   -Serving on the Board of Directors, the governing body of our organization. Individuals who sit on the board are responsible for overseeing the organization’s activities. The Board of Directors, as a governing body, will focus on the organization’s mission, strategy, and goals. The President (elected as president-elect) leads the board and supervises all business and affairs of the organization.
