Cobb County 4-H 2020-2021 Club Interest Form
Please complete the Cobb 4-H Club interest form below to sign up for all interested clubs. Some clubs have a fee and you will receive more information about how to pay and register upon completing the interest form. Be sure to complete ONE form per child. All 4-H'ers that complete this form must be enrolled in Cobb County 4-H. If you are not enrolled yet, please email Brittani Lee at bkelley@uga.edu. We look forward to a great year with your 4-H'er! Registration for paid clubs can begin Thursday August 20th! Call the office at 770-528-4070 to pay via phone!
