This site is available year round. All students that have graduated since 2011 can make use of the online service. It is now supporting 11 universities/colleges in the province.
** Please note that the Registrar will be in office on Tuesday, July 30, from 9-11:30am. If you request a transcript by July 28, it will be available for pickup that day. The offices will then re-open on August 26 at 9am.
If you are NOT applying to one of the schools listed above, or you graduated prior to 2011, then you should use this form. Requests will be processed after returning to office by the Student Services team.
Please ensure you enter the following information :
- How would you like to pay for your transcript(s)?
- Personal Information (Full name, DOB, email, contact number)
- Information about your time at PAHS / WHS (Last name, number of years, did you graduate...)
- What would you like us to do with your transcript? (mail, fax, pickup)
