Diversity Scholarship Application
The scholarship application deadline is Monday, 30 September by 11:59 pm (New Zealand Standard Time)
ANZ ACBS is pleased to offer two registration fee scholarships to support participation in the Dunedin Skills Intensive Workshop in Dunedin, New Zealand, 30 November-1 December, 2019.
Two recipients will be awarded with a scholarship that covers the cost of registration only. Scholarship recipients will still be responsible for their travel, accommodation, and food costs to attend the workshop.
The scholarships aim to bring diversity to our workshop by providing free registration for individuals who come from diverse backgrounds and who would not be able to attend the workshop without this financial support.
Scholarship recipients will be required to submit a written report of how they have utilized what they have learned or connections they have made during the workshop within 12 months following the workshop.
ANZ ACBS has adopted the ACBS Diversity Committee definition of diversity. The Diversity Committee endorses a broad definition of diversity that includes but is not limited to professional discipline and setting, communities of colour, minority status, cultural and language perspectives, religious and spiritual beliefs, socioeconomic status, as well as sex, age, race, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity, and disability.
