In order for us to plan effectively, we kindly request you to share your intentions for next year 2023-2024 with regards to your child registration in Elite Private School bus transportation services .

We will not guarantee offering the transportation services for the parents who will not fill this form.

نحن ممتنون لثقتكم بنا في استخدام خدمات النقل التابعة لمدرسة النخبة الخاصة.

بدأت المدرسة بخطة تشغيل السنة القادمة للحافلات المدرسية، ولذلك نطلب منكم التفضل بمشاركة نواياكم للعام المقبل 2023-2024  فيما يتعلق بتسجيل طفلك في خدمات النقل بالحافلة المدرسية التابعة لمدرسة النخبة.
لذلك يرجى ملء النموذج أدناه وإرساله بموعد أقصاه يوم الجمعة الموافق 30/06/2023  وذلك لتنسيق وتجهيز الحافلات اللازمة والمقاعد وتجنب أي مشكلة مستقبلية للعام الدراسي الجديد.
ملاحظة:
لن نضمن تقديم خدمات النقل لأولياء الأمور الذين لم يقوموا بملء هذا النموذج.
في حالة تعبئة هذه الاستمارة سابقا رجاء لا تقم بتعبئتها مرة اخرى .
